How to Enroll
Enrollment in 4 easy steps
Check the schedule
Watch for the official enrollment period announced by DepEd and posted on this site and our Facebook page.
Prepare the requirements
Gather the documents listed on this page for your child's grade level.
Fill out the enrollment form
Accomplish the Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF) at the school or through your child's class adviser.
Submit and confirm
Submit the form and documents to the enrollment desk and wait for confirmation of your child's section.
Kindergarten
New Kinder learners
- PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- Must be 5 years old on or before August 31 of the school year
- Basic Education Enrollment Form
Grades 1–6
Incoming & returning learners
- Report Card (SF9) from the previous grade
- PSA Birth Certificate, if not yet submitted
- Basic Education Enrollment Form
Transferees
From another school
- Report Card (SF9) from previous school
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Learner Reference Number (LRN)
Requirements may be updated by DepEd each school year. Please confirm with the school office before enrolling.
